PRIVACY POLICY
§1 DATA WE COLLECT
We collect: email address, wallet address (public), trading activity (positions, P&L), and usage analytics. This data is necessary to operate the service and provide you with trading infrastructure.
§2 DATA WE DO NOT COLLECT
We never collect private keys, seed phrases, or passwords. Your private keys are never transmitted to or stored by ZERO OS. You maintain sole custody of your cryptographic credentials at all times.
§3 THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
ZERO OS uses the following third-party services: Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Hyperliquid (trading execution), and Plausible (analytics — no cookies, no personal data collection). We do not sell or share your data with advertisers.
§4 GDPR RIGHTS
If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to: access your data, request correction, request deletion, data portability, and restriction of processing. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@getzero.dev.
§5 DATA DELETION
Upon account deletion request, all personal data will be removed within 30 days. Active account data is retained while your account exists. Deleted data cannot be recovered.
§6 COOKIES
ZERO OS uses session authentication cookies only. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party cookie services. Plausible analytics operates without cookies.
§7 SECURITY
Data is encrypted at rest and in transit via TLS. Access is logged and monitored. We follow industry-standard security practices to protect your information.
§8 CHILDREN
ZERO OS is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
§9 CHANGES
Users will be notified via email of material changes to this privacy policy. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
